Watched his special last night. Fantastic.
Totally different style of comedy than Burr. Hard to compare one against the other and pick a clear winner.

Burr's entire shtick is getting angry, screeching at his audience, and talking about how [x group] is stupid. He isn't insightful, relatable, or revolutionary. He's a prop comic who's only prop is his delivery. Show me one single joke of his where the punchline comes out of nowhere.
