No. It was never an issue in the primary election. Hillary set the democratic party back though. Started the shift to the deep left.
The candidates in the center are mostly unelectable. I just hope Trump restarts the Infrastructure initiative in his next term.

Buttigieg has no change, even on the left there are those wary of a gay president. Bloomberg is too center for the left.
Bernie is so far left he's not even a Democrat. This will likely look like 1984.
