you don't even have to sign up. you can write on a piece of paper that you want to be an organ donor and it's binding if notarized.

That is crazy. I don't understand why anyone would not be an organ donor. You can actually sign up from your iphone.

In America less than 20% of the population are organ donors. You have to opt in. In Europe it’s fhe opposite. You have to opt out, therefore around 80% if the population are organ donors. We need to become an opt society when it comes to organ donation.
