Innocent until proven guilty
This is a myth. There was a legal presumption of innocence, but that only attaches in an actual courtroom before a jury. Everywhere else there is basically a presumption of guilt (media, social media, grand jury).

Can you give me the reason for each postponement? This is only egregious if the defendant is not asking for or creating the situation that causes the postponement.
Why haven't they petitioned for a speedy trial? If it is a state case in Cali I think they could have been before a magistrate in 70 days if they wanted to wave a jury trial. Also not sure what impact COVID had on this.
Having zero knowledge of this case it is hard to form an opinion but if they were actually engaged in child sexual abuse I would suspect they are not in any hurry to go to trial. I also noticed in what you posted there was no denial fo the child sex abuse allegations.

When prosecution don’t have a case they delay trial, from what I know this is all he said she said … the dad made the claim and the only evidence is a porn star has a makeshift studio in her own bedroom… not exactly substantial.
To those asking why she hasn’t denied wrongdoing, she certainly has denied it, it just wasn’t mentioned in this recently completed article. That doesn’t mean she’s innocent, but I just wanted that to be clear.
