I have a coworker I would get down with if she would let me. She is obese, rude and defensive all the time. Not to mention she is ten years younger than myself. But one night wouldn’t be bad. I think she is kind of cute.
A guy and I at an old job used to flirt with the 60-something receptionist all the time. She was fairly attractive for her age, but neither of us were really interested in her. She was somewhat flirtatious herself and it was fun to flirt back with her. One day she said something about him looking nice in the pants he was wearing and he responded that the dress she was wearing made him want to bend her over her desk. He got fired for sexual harassment. I stopped flirting with her after that.

i legitimately hate every single person in these types of threads who post objectively hot af women.
guilt = a feeling of shame or remorse
unattractive = not pleasing to look at
While attractiveness may be somewhat objective, "guilt" is entirely subjective and emotional. The ones that make me uncomfortable are ones that I rate on my hotness scale somewhere between NAPALM and THERMO-NUCLEAR, it's just that I cannot react to their looks at all in a social situation including their family. If I am photographing them, I can say a somewhat neutral compliment about a pose or shot - "That looks great" but I can't say "You have a great arse", even though I have had mothers proudly point out to me their daughter's obvious attributes.
A number of beautiful women I have known seemed to clone themselves into a younger and improved daughter version, so forth into granddaughter version. Simply for illustrative purposes - not one of those I mentioned earlier, although a contemporary (and not my photo but in the public domain):

Ok, you changed my mind. But everybody gets old. If they are lucky.

Yeah ! I hear you ! I don’t cross any boundaries with coworkers. My job isn’t worth it.
