Indeed. The ONLY people losing their minds about this are the ones with lockdown PTSD.

To be fair, that's a FAR more legit reason to mask up than why he likely wears them.

All that jazzy drama in the photo yet if you look in the left corner there is a homie just chilling uncovered. God bless those that fall for this crap. Again.

Look at all the down votes you got. I honestly think the Branch Covidians get horny thinking about a repeat of that.

I don't see anyone in the media clamoring or suggesting another big outbreak. Is it just the OT trying to create drama or am I missing something?

Covid was extremely contagious and for each person who was infected, 2 people caught it. This strain of the Hantavirus is not nearly as contagious - for every case of this Hantavirus, less than one person catches it. It's not super easy to catch it like Covid or even the flu.

Apparently only one strain is spread by human to human contact and even that one requires prolonged contact. All the others are simply rat droppings. The ship picked up people in an area where the Rodent>human exposure was highly possible.

Given the relative difficulty of spread and long incubation period, I don’t see why they just don’t keep this tiny group of people quarantined in a nice airy place for a month given it was a long cruise anyway. Seems like you could completely eliminate any potential issues extremely easily.

I'll say it again for the people in the back.

A virus that kills 40% of it's hosts, requires significant contact with a sick person to transmit, and doesn't have asymptomatic transmission is not going to be a global pandemic.

Yes.

There are 2 demographics that desperately want another pandemic and lockdowns.

1 - the zero Covid retards that suffer from sever social anxiety and used the lockdowns to justify their anxiety and now that Covid ended, are back to just being losers with severe social anxiety

2 - the angry, bitter people who used the lockdowns to justify their anger and bitterness and now that Covid ended, are back to just being angry bitter losers

Jesus quit making this a story...multiple official have come out and said this is not a pandemic risk. We successfully beat the COVIDIANs into the shadows...dont give them a reason to come out again
