EU is doing away with its daylight savings time

All EU countries are required to move forward by an hour on the last Sunday of March and back by an hour on the final Sunday in October. Bulc said EU member states would have until April 2019 to decide whether they would permanently remain on summer or winter time.

I assume what most people are bitching about is the the twice a year change. I dont know why anybody would have a problem with more daylight in the afternoon. Getting dark at 5 pm sucks.
