Estate sale find of the day- Tommy Thompson New Orleans artist proof

Got this today for $25. Won't go in my booth for resale. My daughter has already claimed it. She will have it matted and framed again. Listed on etsy and ebay for $400-500. Only two and neither have sold.

Fun fact Tommy Thompson is the name engraved on the mini bat that my girlfriends father beats fish to death with when fishing.

Say you have the last painting E. Louviere ever painted before he died. It’s actually a train wreck and obviously unfinished. His son walks in and asks to buy it for $2k ($1k cheaper than you bought it), and a couple of coffee table books.
