He's probably inside the half burned down Howard Johnson off the ocean springs exit. That place is where they find all the escapees.

Wow! I moved away from there about 1.5yrs ago. I thought it would never go away. I'm sure the community is very happy

Well, they tore it down, but they didn't exactly clean it up. All the debris is still there.
