Louisiana Lady said that too. I signed up for the email bill and pay via the pdf. Been doing it for 6-7 years. I've never had a reason to call them.

Wait until your energy company cons your state and its customers into believing they can build and operate a nuclear power plant, only to get the project half completed and then throw in the towel.

Good times for customers. My rebate check from that fiasco was a whopping $75.00

So you had some of the worst weather LA has had in quite a while come through and the power company gives you a mild inconvenience for a couple of hours while they replace a few damaged poles.

And you’re mad that you personally didn’t get a say in when they did it.

Not even close. This one little case of your panties being in a bunch is an example of my point. If they were the worst, you'd just sigh and say it's normal. But because you're upset it's shows this is an abnormal occurrence.

I'm not sure which part of my post made you believe that I insinuated they didn't use nat gas to produce electricity. I'm well versed in the sources of power production in the U.S. The implication was that you are woefully ignorant in how regulated retail electricity ratemaking works.
