Buy some bee hives! Check for a local/county beekeeping group because they usually have a honey extractor that members take turns using. Sell the honey for $$$ at local farmers’ market.

See if there’s a large haunted house/haunted forest kind of thing nearby…the type of place that opens in early October for the Halloween season. Go volunteer to help them ASAP and you’ll be amazed at the range of skills you can learn there - construction, electronics, sound, lighting, makeup, etc. Maybe something will catch your interest.

Hiking Clubs are an option especially where you live.
I’ve been restoring an old car for the past two years which has been expensive but also very rewarding.

Getting back into religion is an option also. Most churches need volunteers to help with the ministries they provide.
