She said she was going to kill him. That’s intent to commit a felony as she enters. That’s how I got to burglary.
“ The unauthorized entering of any dwelling, vehicle, watercraft, or other structure, movable or immovable, or any cemetery, with the intent to commit a felony or any theft therein”
It’s been a long GD since Cheney taught me title 14, so I could be wrong!
