Why do people feel the need to put ridiculous amounts of quotes, shitty HTML formatting,
Sounds like the company doesn’t monitor their employees well
My firm all requires the same exact signature format for everyone

It looks very unprofessional. Also I hate signatures that are in cursive font, also very unprofessional.
But the most unprofessional thing of all is people who can’t figure out how to make a signature in the first place, or only have them on new emails but not replys

I like a very plain one, my company released a standardized format that includes a logo and all the logos of social media below it with links to their social media pages embedded on them and then a long confidential message about anything we send out. I hate it, but my manager encourages it.

My company has a set template regarding signatures. With a set font and size.
Can’t add anything else to it. No logos, no animations, no quotes.
Name
Position
Company name
Company address
Office phone
Cell phone
E-mail address

I was forced to put quite a bit into my work signature but the signature that you’re referring to appears as if it is being stamped on its way out of their domain.

Makes sense - I just pulled an example from the web. Thought it was interesting a graphic designer had 5-6 different fonts

Our company has a required format. I don't like HR, and it was an HR initiative. So I just don't do it. I have my name, title and phone number on the first e-mail and not on replies. If people don't know who I am or what I do, they shouldn't be emailing me or calling me. The fewer the people know what I do, the better.
