Whether you like Twitter or their policies or not, it’s got to be really shitty to work for a boss who acts like this. Would you want to stop what you were doing, including other peoples work because a bunch of people quit, to write out a resume to your new boss of things you’ve done for the company then have to show up for a pop quiz with everyone.
Seriously, I would think any employee worth a damn would leave under those conditions.

With every CEO change (and I have been through many) you always have to justify your position. This is nothing earthshattering. And if you have been doing your job well, coming up with bullet points lauding your work isn't difficult. And Musk probably called the meeting while the IT functions were going through a daily "refresh"
