Anyone listen to the Adam Perry Lang podcast expecting Joe to ask a question on him being named in the Roberts-Guiffre deposition but just heard about steaks and how tight Jimmy Kimmel and this guy were?

I get that it's unlikely, but seemed like Joe cared more about a future free steak from this cat then asking a more important question.

Same

When cybertruck was announced: "haha it looks absurd, but I'd drive that dumb thing."

Now: "I think I'm actually going to get one"

(A=Archangel, my favorite song)
(???? metal rat)

That is all funny as is, but the A-12 part really gets me.

1. What couples have a favorite aircraft?

2. So you named your son after the aircraft that came before your favorite one instead of, ya know, your favorite one?

I also love Elon’s weird arse and Tesla, but honestly, the first podcast they did, I didn’t find it all that great. Didn’t seem like Elon wanted to say much.

I feel like he’ll have a ton to say this time.
Maybe, but he's just extremely socially awkward.

He may have more to say, but it'll probably still look and feel the same as the first one. He's just one of those really smart and really weird dudes.

They also fricked it up if they're referring to the SR-71 Blackbird

Don't know anything about that stuff, but if true, just adds to the funniness of it.

Using A-12 because it's the precursor to your favorite aircraft is like naming your kid Michael, and when someone asks why, you say, "Because Kobe is my favorite NBA player, so I named him after the precursor to Kobe."

Uhhh...what?

I like how billionaires get cooler looking as they age.

The episode wasn't bad. The brain implant stuff he's working on now sounds amazing and frightening at the same time.

His comments in covid 19 are intriguing as well.

Its not as good as his 1st appearance but still a good listen.

Hasn’t been great.

Definitely can tell that Elon Musk is dancing around his thoughts and words being very careful with what he says. Especially compared to the last time. A lot of “ummmm, yeah.”

It's mind-boggling that a guy from PayPal fame can be a pioneer in automobiles, AI, space exploration, and mind-hacking all at one time; all while having a ton of kids, hooking up with chicks, doing drugs, doing long interviews, and having a pretty good down-to-Earth sense of humor and pulse on pop culture.

You can tell he isn't the quickest thinker but he is processing/filtering a lot of information when he formulates answers. Possibly more so than anyone alive today.

I’m still trying to figure out how Joe didn’t have any knowledge of the SR-71.

That was weird.

Oh I think he is a quick thinker, he’s just trying to compact 5 pages worth of immediate thought into 10 sentences so we can understand.

He almost comes off like he's on the autism spectrum with how much he can process and grasp at a time. He comes off robotic at times but his dry sense of humor brings out his human side.

He and Eric Weinstein are some of the most interesting people alive right now.

I wonder if this is what got him interested in Neuralink? He's not naturally good at articulating (he's gotten a lot better lately) so he was probably thinking about how inefficient human language is at sharing thoughts.
