If he buys any significant portion of Disney they will 100% be in his office. Don’t pretend like alphabet agencies aren’t overstepping their bounds all the time or compare this to him just buying some stock. The thread title specifically says buy. Anything that signals a change of control of a company as big as Disney especially with a public CEO like Musk involved is 100% getting a visit. Will they stop it, idk but they’re going to send the minions in to dig around. It’s what they do.

Peltz has been in a pretty big and public proxy fight with Disney for a while now. And he’s had some success. If he partners with Musk, they could easily take over.

Disney is about theme parks and media entertainment. Anyone who thinks any of these operations can exist on manly men and lady-like women is in fantasy land. That kind of media and entertainment is populated by a lot of gay entertainment people. It just is. It has always been.
Anyone who thinks Disney can be “un-woke” doesn’t have any understanding of this kind of performance media. Disney can’t exist without singing princesses and gay male performers. It’s just a fact. Elon Musk cannot change Disney in this way.

Probably not. Musk is a fairly shrewd businessman. He'd probably just take the company back in the direction of quality content that doesn't really piss anyone off.
