What it devolves into is the right to bear arms crowd attacks anyone that doesn’t have a viewpoint that perfectly aligns with theirs.

Ok. The shooter is favoring Trumps stance on immigrants.

“Let me just tell you, I've had horrible rulings, I've been treated very unfairly by this judge. Now, this judge is of Mexican heritage. I'm building a wall, OK? I'm building a wall. I am going to do very well with the Hispanics, the Mexicans.”
Shooter would probably agree with what Trump said and hasn’t disputed comment once asked:
Donald went on, “Besides that, I’ve got to tell you something else. I think that the guy is lazy. And it’s probably not his fault because laziness is a trait in blacks. It really is, I believe that. It’s not something they can control. … Don’t you agree?”

I mean, you can address the issue at hand if you want. Or you can hide behind your question about various mental illnesses and who decides how to determine who the truly mentally ill are. Your choice.

Is it outside the realm of possibility that a democrat, Mexican-American judge might hold a grudge against someone that wants to build a wall to keep illegal immigrants from entering via Mexico? How is that racist? It would be like a judge that owns a bunch of Coca Cola stock presiding over a court case involving Pepsi.

Well, Finland's population is 5.5 million. The population of NY CITY... is by itself... 8.6 million.
So, basically, your comparing "countries" against populations that don't equal one US state. In some cases not even to one US CITY.

I understand how statistics work, but those are whole and real numbers.. 14k vs 40k is a huge difference.. That's double the body count of Mexico.
But back to the original point... It's still not double the rate. Also the U.S. rate is skewed a little by outlier cities like Chicago, Baltimore, etc..
