El Paso Officer Featured on LivePD and married to Big Z shot this week in ambush

This officer has been on the show many times and is married to El Paso officer Big Z.

A man suspected of shooting an El Paso police officer who has been featured on the popular reality TV show "Live PD" was arrested Tuesday night and identified as 41-year-old Ricardo Cereceres.
Cereceres is accused of shooting at two officers in a patrol car, later identified by the El Paso Police Department as E. Villalobos and F. Bermudez. They were responding to a suspicious person report at about 12:10 p.m. Tuesday in a South-Central neighborhood, El Paso Police Department officials said.
El Paso Police Department spokesman Sgt. Enrique Carrillo confirmed that Bermudez is Felipe Bermudez, who has been featured on "Live PD." The show follows police officers from across the country, with video crews riding along and filming as the officers respond to incidents.
Bermudez and Villalobos, whose first name has not been released, were on patrol in the 5900 block of Alameda Avenue when they saw Cereceres, officials said.
Cereceres spotted the officers and fled. He allegedly discarded "property contained in a bag" as he ran away, officials said.

How low does one have to stoop to become a cop? Crap pay for putting up with shite like this.
