El Cajon is very ghetto. It is the 'cheap' area to live and still be within driving distance to San Diego.

Most of the SD locals don't go to the beach on nice weekends because everyone knows that is when the losers from El Cajon show up.

Who remembers the cell phone shooting in Shreveport years ago? In still photos you can see that what he is holding may or may not be a gun but then you watch the video and realize there is just no way to tell with it all happening in motion. The police can't just sit there and wait to see if what he is holding starts throwing bullets their direction. Not that it would matter to the crowds.

I saw that video in law school. Pretty crazy how two different angles can give you two totally different versions of what happened.
