There’s someone with the name Bryan Rhoden from Atlanta that was arrested last summer in Indiana following a high speed chase.
He doesn’t look Mexican either.

That arrest up in Indiana: did he own the Jeep he was driving? Most owners wouldn't abuse a Jeep by driving it at those speeds through heavy traffic. (Impressed that any Jeep could go 150)
