Just returned from 10 days in Elk Park NC. Everywhere we went was impressive. Scenery was beautuful, the small towns wete friendly and unique, and the people were really nice. We covered some ground from Knoxville to Asheville and all the way up into Virgina.

Beaches are 3.5 hours from Charlotte. West NC/East TN extend that at least 1.5-2 hours.

It’s down in the 60’s/day moving to Nashville which is a much healthier pace. Prices are starting to level out and inventory is above 4 months worth so again, balanced. We should have a good 2019 spring market but by summers end, we’ll have over 6 month inventory and retract a little, hopefully interest rates stay right around 5%.

3 hours puts me on Santa Rosa Island in Florida which is hands-down the most beautiful beaches in the US

Funny, as a white guy I got the same treatment from black people in New Orleans my entire life. Same shite happens when you stumble onto an Indian Reservation.
