Easter isn’t a blessing. Santa doesn’t even come.

Depression doesn’t care about holidays. If anything it’s a reminder of how much happier we were when we were kids.

Anything in particular bothering you?

I know what will cheer you up. How about a nice TD premium membership?

Holidays can be stressful for many people. You are not alone. Start a gratitude journal or watch a funny movie to cheer you up. Things will get better.

Are you Catholic? Jesus died for your sins; you should be feeling guilty and down.

Hang in there baw, life’s full of ups and downs. Another up is on the way. Until then I would recommend finding some raw oysters and a nice cold beer, watch a good movie go to sleep early and focus on improving in the morning with a fresh pot of expensive coffee.

ETA: For a good movie I would recommend Edge of Tomorrow (thanks movie board) it’s a good scifi action film that I hadn’t seen before, loved it

Tons of people struggle on holidays. You’re certainly not alone. This too will pass.

You matter and your life matters. Pick up the phone and call someone or a hotline.

I will pray that you find comfort and joy.

PTSD... a baw lifestyle but a ton of depression keeping me down. A few days off meds because I’m out of town and forgot them. I’m spiraling into SI. I’ve been at such peace during Holy Week but it’s not the case anymore

Life is a blessing. Spring is here. Nature is coming alive. Go absorb it. Get outside in the fresh air.

Wrong. We should feel fortunate that he died for us so that we don't face the torment that we deserve.

No matter what you’re going through, there’s hope out there and people that care. You may not realize that right now, but it’s true. Head high and stay positive.

This. Year. Sucks.

I’m talking from March 2020 til now. Talk to people. Which is what you are doing here. That’s a good step. Talk to people close to you.

And due to this Covid shite there has never been a better time to find counseling. Video conference from the quiet of your home.

Once I saw a young girl in a wheelchair with no arms or legs. She was smiling and seemed in a good mood.

She may not even be alive now, but id like to think she is and that she has had her fair share of happy thoughts.
