Throw it out on the side of the road or highway. That's what most people in Louisiana do.

This is why Louisiana looks likes a dumpster on the side of the road compared to most other states.

This topic has come up before....many who have moved out of LA have agreed they never realized how bad the litter issue was...until they moved and saw how it was in other states.

Call 311 or *311 and tell them you need trash to make a special collection. They will tell you what day they will come and get it.

Drive over a bridge and throw it over. Once it becomes water soaked, it sinks. No harm, no foul.

If you live in BR put it at the street. They will take it with your garbage or they will take it with trash (the other day).

That is what you pay your taxes and water bill solid waste fee for.

Same with white goods (old appliances), limbs, etc.
