My "neighbor" is an older man and his son just called me to ask if I was interested in buying his place as they are moving him in with them due to health issues. 500 acres that directly buts my property on one side.

hopefully one day walmart will demo your trailer and put a supercenter there, making the acreage worth something. but until then enjoy your shrubs and raccoons and stuff.

I currently have 300 acres, 50 of it is pretty wooded, pretty good spot for deer and turkey I don't personally hunt, but the guys I do let hunt in there always come back with meat.
