Law dogs. Why is she seemingly charged with the same crime 2 times. And then a felony? Is she charged per act? Which then elevated to a felony on the last one ?

There’s a screenshot of a text going around of 2 accounts. Multiple people have seen and forwarded this. In a nutshell (pun not intended) the daughter’s exbf was at the house drinking and wanted McDonald’s. The accused made a deal to drive and pay for it if he went for a ride. The ride ended up pulling over and the sex happened. Apparently she was irate that he didn’t complete the human Twinkie routine and finish in her. The second occurrence was an aggressive advance at him on a lawn mower. He refused this one and left immediately.
