Oh, you checked did you?

Well since you’ve decided to insinuate that you have physical evidence of me being a drunk driver, and you are posting your claim as fact, maybe I should sue you for libel... you know, making a defamatory statement in writing that is untrue?

You willing to take it that far since you’re so fricking smart?

Because back in the day we didn’t have to deal with a generation of kids that can’t help themselves from fricking with people, while simultaneously, and hypocritically, preaching gender equality and supporting LGBTQXYZ rights and whatever the hell else y’all get pissed off about while crying in your safe spaces.

We used to be able to have real discussions here, and it was damn good fun. I know most of the original posters on here, including Chicken himself, and I’m pretty confident this is not what he envisioned.

The cop pulls up info on his laptop and sees the prior arrest. He charges you with a second. The DA gets the charge and sees there is no prior conviction just a prior arrest and charges you w a first. Or the DA’s office charges you w a second and your lawyer will get it reduced. Or your public defender will miss it too and you will be screwed.

I’ve had a couple friends in this situation and I’ve never seen an incorrect 2nd offense reverted to the 1st offense that it should be.

The plea bargain could have been considered a "wet reckless" operation which can still count for a prior DUI offense.

Well regardless that’s what it has become so you need to grow a thick skin and a sack or stop posting.

Pro Tip:
The more you let people piss you off the more you’re going to get smart arse remarks.

To answer your question, many DUIs are pleaded down to reckless driving. You are not convicted of DUI, but if you get arrested for dui again within 5 years or whatever the court imposes, they will treat it as a second offense to open up harsher penalties for you stillbeing a dipshit

I'm not sure if accurate but it sounds legitimate.

It’s back in the day for these kids running the board nowadays that were barely 10 when we first started.

Often the terms of not being prosecuted for DUI and having the arrest expunged include not being arrested for the same offense within X years. If it happens again you’re considered a second time offender even though you were not prosecuted the first time. The terms are filed with the court.

I asked the same question when I was charged with felony 3rd. 894'd the first one (got expunged). 2nd one was thrown out (didn't even have to go to court). Got miraculously charged with 3rd 10 years after the first. Cops just told me to shut up and open my mouth for a swab.

3rd got no billed

Well have you ever considered that maybe I’ve lost close friends and family members to drunk driving, and that it upsets me to be called a drunk driver/alcoholic/piece of shite over and over and over again, when all I did was ask a simple question?

Would you be pissed if you asked a question about Islamic terrorism and then got bombarded by people calling you an Islamic terrorist?

I have every right to be pissed. People need to learn that just because they’re behind a keyboard doesn’t mean that they can say whatever the frick they want with zero consequences. Like the kid earlier that slandered me, I would sue his arse for libel just on general principal; because it’s bullshite that we can’t have a fricking conversation on here anymore because of all the immaturity and straight up blind hatred. People need to learn that they’re not just typing words into empty space; they’re replying to real people and shouldn’t be allowed to say whatever the frick they want, to whomever they want, just because it’s done online.

It's best to ignore 99% of people. The other people, like LNCHBOX, are fun to argue with

I dont know if this helps but if you hypothetically did have a DUI in Orleans Parish and in the aftermath of Katrina they lost all the old records...the DUI technically, and the eyes of the law, never existed.
