It reads like he’s trying to manufacture evidence to indemnify himself from any potential litigation.
I’m super on top of this, knew all the symptoms (even though they were minimal) and quarantined immediately.

Probably should have just sent the personal email to friends and associates and anyone he had contact with. Putting it on FB wasn't the smartest thing to do.
Sad thing is with all the ridicule, no one else in the public eye may want to make broader public statements and announcements for fear of this exact thing happening to them.
