I can’t believe this is real. Surely the dude would have some sense of another guy railing his wife for 15 years? I want to feel sorry for him but man

I'm sure they spent a lot of time apart, both successful authors, writing books, going to meetings with publishers and editors, book tours, conferences etc.

Basically none of us will marry an author, but if you do, and she says “don’t under any circumstances read my book”, you should be nervous.

The general rule probably applies even more to people like that claiming to be authors!

There’s only 3 reviews on Amazon and Good Reads of her book, I’m not sure anybody would’ve even known it existed without him bringing it to light.

I know a guy who's wife decided she wanted to be an author a few years ago, she was an insufferable count before that but now she thinks she's some famous, prolific author, even has some "book signings" set up, I'm sure he finances those too

Consider the ego on this woman. She has an affair for nearly two decades. She keeps it from her husband for all of that time only to then reveal it in a book about herself for everyone else to know...except her husband. Then, when confronted, says basically "that was a long time ago. Why you mad? Get over it".

So not only did you cheat on the guy, but you publicly embarrassed him for no reason other than to satisfy your own ego by telling your true life story to everyone...except the guy you've been married to for 40 years.
