Based on the information available, how is the title inaccurate? Is he not a KA pledge? What other reason is there for an 18 year old freshman to be at the house on a night they're not having a party?
Or he could have just said LSU student, he is not a fraternity man, and never was. But when the point of the title is to make a bad name for everyone in Greek Life thats not okay.
This guy that hit her is not a man, and deserves everything he gets, but because less than two weeks into the pledge process, it now puts everything this group of guys and the new pledge class in jeopardy.

Look you obviously know more about the situation than me but are choosing to withhold information. Which is fine, I understand that. But if it's really like you stated and he broke a girl's nose and sent her to the hospital because she didn't want to frick him I think he deserves a little more punishment than just having his reputation ruined. Obviously the decision shouldn't be made until all the facts come out but just being really drunk isn't an excuse for that kind of behavior.

On a side note, I walked by the parade grounds this weekend right when they were "cleaning up" (quotes because it isn't cleaning). How are they even allowed to continue to tailgate?

Hey now, I don't want to do anything from stopping college kids from partying in a safe-ish environment as a whole. We pay inmates to clean up. Campus gets cleaned.
If you ban it, you just move it somewhere else where there is even less supervision.
It's a bad idea.
