1)Agree completely. Officer simply can’t take a chance that he loses control of the kid and/or the crowd. This shite can go bad in a heartbeat and there’s no getting in back when you’re alone.
2)Should add that subduing a resisting opponent is not easy. TV and Hollywood have got you fooled. This kid could have been a handful and better to err by using too much and not too little force. I’ve seen smaller guys shrug off harder punches and so has the cop.
3)You’re in the South. The cops mean it.
