Highly highly doubtful.
Some might do a "random" drug test to get rid of someone they don't like though.

I doubt it. One of my buddies is a GM for Cheesecake Factory..I know it's not "fancy" but he had a good point about drug tests. He said that if they did pre hire test then they would have a big problem with fulfilling their labor needs, especially front of house where turnover is big. They usually only test if there is a problem/accident/etc

I don't know about Laffy, but in NOLA no way. I know a few waiters at Commadner's and Antoine's who are on that shite.

It's more economical for restaurants to cycle through shitty drug using employees than to pay for drug tests
