Calendar’s was one of my faves as a youngster. They never seemed to recover from the murders at the other location.

Yeah, that happened my SR year of HS. I remember that well.

The only Bennigans I remember in BR was by Cortana across from Fun Fair Park.

In fact the reason I stopped going (in addition to the food sucking) is the last time I met the wife there for lunch, we sat at our table for about 10 minutes before I had to chase down the hostess to tell her that we were on our lunch break. You don't pull shite like that during lunch. The service was slow as hell. The waiter came to the table, took our drink order and regular order, brought everything to the table about ten minutes later, and the next time I saw him he was bringing the check. I can put up with that kind of shite once or twice, but if the food sucks like it does there, no thanks.

When working in our office, I’ll get a Greek wrap from there for lunch a few times a week. I fricking love it

To date, Calendar’s had the best chicken fingers I’ve ever eaten. And their “Plantation“ salad was killer too.

I also liked their shrimp fettuccine as well. And who could forget the best club sandwich in town?

What about their grilled chicken pasta salad too? And a very underrated burger.

I miss that place. It was a go to place for my wife and me.

That was my go to. Probably the first salad I ever truly enjoyed as a kid

I've been on a covid 15 diet and I love getting a spicy, grilled chicken wrap and a coke zero from there when I don't bring my lunch. It's like $7-8 and a perfect lunch portion.

Man, I used to be a fricking mark for their tequila lime chicken sandwich. I have no idea why they took it off the menu because that shite was straight addictive. I'd eat there at least three or four times a month.

It was something else before Boil & Roux and I wasn't terribly impressed with the food there.

Portico. I didn't love it, but I liked it well enough. I remember loving their onion rings because they were red onions instead of white, and cut not too thick or too thin.

No wonder nobody goes there; it's too crowded. (Says Yogi)

I mean there’s a lot of shite that could be painted on a parking lot that would alienate people

Am I wrong to think that white customers at that restaurant will be treated differently than black customers?

Imagine being so goddamned ignorant that you don't realize the paint on the parking lot means something much bigger than paint on a parking lot.

You f*cking moron.
