Need to be ALOT harder and ALOT more expensive to get.
Penalties for violations also need to skyrocket.

Yes, I would. Tomorrow if need be if it meant weeding out the tailgaters, pull out in fronters, airhead teens taking selfies and driving, etc.

A score of at least 130 on an IQ test should be required for a driver's license in LA.
