Wont last a year. NOLA is famous for riff raff tearing up remodeled or new entertainment establishments. Its the worst idea besides opening up a pork store in a muslim neighborhood.

Clearly you don't play much golf at any of the BREC courses. Nothing but plant workers and contractors dressing like Ricky Fowler and shooting 120+.

Lol! I know exactly what you're talking about. Also taking 15 practice swings between shots and still playing from the woods or taking drops

Loft 18- Although nice, was a poor concept. Way to much capital for a non franchise.

Not sure why you are so upset about this, it's not like you have to go or anything

from what I understand they are already looking at the possibility of expanding/franchising. Look for Atlanta to be the next one

Not sure it's the "riff raff" so much as the location. Those that play golf will either play actual golf in New Orleans- City or Audubon Park or a private course- or they already live in East Jefferson and will prefer the safer parking and easier access at Loft 18. If it were located Uptown, Lakeview, Warehouse District, or even a better part of Mid City, I'd say otherwise.

It's the same thing as Top Golf. I played at the Drive Shack in Orlando.

If you are a numbnut that thinks a GMC Sierra is better than a Chevrolet Silverado then you are the kind of person that would turn their nose up at Drive Shack. You can go to Top Golf then sashay your pretty little self over to Macy's to pick up a new satchel.
