I read this comment by one person in the comments, but that doesn't even begin to mean truth any more. I will withhold judgement. The person making the allegation looked suspect.

Do all the dumb things you want, just put the damn camera away when you’re doing it! There’s 3 levels of stupidity in all of these viral incidents and only 1 of them (typically the least stupid of the bunch) is the actual act.
