Dream interpretation- poltergeists OP Updated

I have been having dreams for the last week where there are poltergeists fricking with me and in each one I realize I can’t get away so I buck up and confront but nothing happens, like they just want to harass me.
Normally I don’t give a shite about dreams but this is recurring. For about a week now. Every night.
The setting is always different and the poltergeist activity is always different. Its not a recurring dream per se because of this.
When I say poltergeist I mean there is no image of a ghost or figure, it’s like checkers just starting moving around on their own or laundry that I just folded gets unfollowed after i fold it , little creepy shite like that.
UPDATE- As of tonight, two real life weird things have occurred. One of them was a couple of days ago, but I didn't feel the need to mention it, as it was an isolated incident. Once I got home today, however, my wife shared an additional story with me.
Incident #1 was Saturday night. Mommy took our 3-year-old to bed around 9pm after he passed out on the sofa. I got up to start doing dishes in the kitchen where the baby monitor sits, and it blitzed alive with static, after it had previously been turned off. My automatic reaction was that something happened upstairs, and as soon as I turned to the stairs to run up there, wife was coming down from the stairs like everything was normal. I said "what the frick, what was all that noise up there?" and she said nothing, she laid him down gracefully, everything fine. I said the baby monitor just went nuts. Oh well, weird. Isolated weird shite happens all the time. Easily dismissed.
Incident #2 happened this morning. I didn't know until tonight when my wife told me. Last night, toddler climbs into our bed, which is normal. He woke up this morning early, just before the sun comes up, which is also normal. He said he had to potty. Mommy tells him to go potty by himself, which he knows how to do, our master bathroom is all set up for him with a stool, etc. He potties by himself all the time, it's normal. He walks into the bathroom, after five seconds he starts calling mommy. Mommy gets up and asks what is wrong, he says the light came on and he's scared. Clearly the light hasn't come on, you'd see the master bath lights come on from the bedroom, it's like a damn air craft carrier when those lights come on. So she goes in there to help him pee, and our bathroom scale is by the toilet, and is the kind that you step on and illuminates. He points and says mommy that's the light, the light came on, and he won't go near it, and has to go potty in the other bathroom.

You feel persecuted in some way and you’re frustrated because you feel you can’t do anything about it.

Did they leave the bodies and only move the headstones where your house was built?

Ask the checkers to meet you at Sonic. They'll go away.

Some spirits can only be driven out through prayer and fasting.
