Yea, it's basically to protect a patient's information from being disseminated by people who gained access to that info by means of their employment. If you willing tell someone about your procedure, they have no duty (under HIPAA) to keep that info to themselves.

True. But like I said, he is extremely respected throughout the entire country for his procedure in clearing the nasal cavity in order to open up airways. But to the OP, dont just take my word for it. Ask around the community about him and you will get the feedback you need.
