To the OP, never heard of Doxa but they look nice. Not sure which movement they use. Perhaps look into Longines at the $2k-$3k price point. I've heard it's a good value for the price.

I've gotten as far as watching assembly and disassembly of movements with 23ish jewels.
I know those little baskets are used for cleaning the parts
