FRANKFORT, Ky. (WKRC) - Convicted killer Shayna Hubers will stay in prison for the rest of her life after the Kentucky Supreme Court denied her appeal.
She argued there were issues with both the jury selection and where the trial was held.
Hubers got life for killing her ex-boyfriend, Ryan Poston. She shot him six times in his Ft. Thomas apartment back in 2012.

On October 12, 2012, Shayna Hubers called 9-1-1 to report that she killed her boyfriend Ryan Poston in his Highland Heights condominium. Hubers shot Poston six times, but she continually maintained that the killing was in self-defense. That night, during her interrogation, she alleged that her relationship with Poston had been abusive. Although she was read her Miranda rights, Hubers voluntarily spoke to police. When explaining the details of their relationship, she described Poston as "very vain" and that she "gave him the nose job he always wanted." She made statements that could be considered inappropriate under the circumstances, such as "I don't know if anyone will ever want to marry me if they know that I killed a boyfriend in self-defense." After being left alone in the interrogation room for several hours, Hubers began pacing and dancing around the room and singing "Amazing Grace". She also said aloud, "I did it. Yes, I did it. I can't believe I did that" and "I'm so good at acting."[16] Hubers was arrested for murder, and she was held on a $5 million bond.[17]

She's so batshit. And shot him because he was in the process of upgrading to Miss Ohio, Audrey Bolte. He was set to go on a date with her and she killed him before he went.
