Of all the places that would do that, he is in the one that won't

It’s our society today, and mainly social media justice warriors. No one is taking time to actually read about the incident and events surrounding it and using critical thinking to form an opinion. They’re seeing these posts spewing misinformation and automatically sharing it thinking this murderer is some kind of martyr. They want so badly to believe there is some injustice happening.

All it takes is one juror. I am quite confident there would be someone in that area that would want to virtue signal for the cult.

I'm just now looking into this story. From the looks of things, a regular high school track meet. 2 kids get into an altercation, one of them ends up dead. That sounds like murder at first glance.
I'm not the best at interpreting the law, but if 2 people get into a regular fight, when or how does self come into effect? My assumption is that the one who started the fight can't pull a weapon to claim self defense. That sounds like murder.
Even still, in a mutual fight between 2 people, it still seems like murder if one person suddenly brought out a weapon and killed the other person.
For anyone more educated, does the law typically see a mutual fight between 2 people, as a reasonable fear for one's life. Does the instigator of said fight matter?

What i don’t get is, 2 things.
1: why in the frick did he have a knife at a track meet?
2:why the frick does no one ever talk about controlling your emotions.

Was it even a fight? The depictions I’ve read make it sound like it was not a physical altercation

Yeah, Colin County and a shite load of witnesses. Kid brought a knife and wasn't where he was supposed to be.

Because most of the people we are talking about aren't capable of it

What would you expect similar people with low IQ, no impulse control, and a penchant for violence to say?

Segregation, is it really that bad? I tend to segregate myself.

Packed a knife.
Sat somewhere he wasn't supposed to.
Asked to move.
Most likely refused and cried racism.
Pulled out said knife and stuck it deep into the heart of another human.
Nothing black or white about it. Its as clear as day. He was looking for it.
