For the past 30+ years we've raised hunting, cattle, & companion dogs on Purina Puppy Chow (up to 9-12 mos) then Purina Dog Chow & NEVER had one food related health issue. Our dogs have all lived past the 10 yr range, some even 17 yrs.
Say what you want but Purina has been tried & true for my dogs.

I've used Purina Dog Chow for years, same result as you - no food related health issues.

Chicken Soup for the Dog Lover's Soul. Great results.

I tried this for my large breed dog and she vomited every night because of it. My small breed hasn't had a problem with it though. I usually switch up brands to give the dog something new between Fromm, Acadia, wild callings, and taste of the wild

Currently feeding my 9 year old cocker spaniel Iams Healthy Naturals and my 6 month old mix breed puppy Science Diet Puppy Formula...about to go to Petsmart and switch them both onto Canidae All Life Stages...good quality ingredients, can be fed to both dogs, and is decently priced.

Kirklands Nature's Domain from Costco. Our two love it and it's a high quality food at a reasonable price.

I have Cane Corso Mastiffs (7 year old and a 3 year old). Since they were 5 weeks old they have eaten nothing but Ole Roy Dog Food and have had no problems.

My dad's Cane Corso also has been on Ole Roy since he was 5 weeks and he is massive.

Puppy food has too much calcium added to it, for large breed dogs just start them on regular dog feed.

I softened it with water until they got old enough for dry.

Wellness Fish and sweet potato. My dogs get food allergies real bad.

There is nothing in the grocery store I would give a dog. Main ingredients are corn or grains.

Lots of vets recommend science diet, since Hills typically provides them low cost food in return

Hill's sponsors alot of stuff in the vet schools, they grab them there. Most science diet is crap. Main ingredient is corn although some formulas are free of that crap.

Many dogs are fine with it but if your dog is scratching, sneezing, or licking its paws alot and there is no other reason, switch the dog food as your dog probably has a food allergy.

TOTW venison and buffalo formula. Also have a german shepherd, he's solid white and have switched his food many times. Had the worst issues with Science Diet.

And to whoever was against grain free diets, when have you ever seen wolves eating a bowl of rice or corn? That's why you shouldn't feed it to your dog.

Authority really is a good lower priced food. My dog was doing great on it then all of a sudden decided he didn't like it anymore, so I switched to Pro Plan.

Where would the wolves have access to it? But I bet if you put it in front of them....they would eat the shite out of it.

When have you ever seen a pack of wolves eating processed dog food from a Petco?

The last lab I had, that had to be put down at age 17, was fed Ol' Roy. He was a beast and is always missed.
