It doesn't have any pics. Just says people took pics of the vehicle and sent them to police. The dog did die. Even if it was a Pit Bull that had bitten someone, there are so many more humane ways to put a dog down. You have to be sick to do something like that.

There are plenty of studies and evidence that people who are inhumanely cruel to animals tend to become serial killers. It's one of the first red flags.
