People sure jump to conclusions quick in this thread. A number of years ago I got into my truck and something caught my eye moving around behind it. Got out and someone had tied a dog to my rear bumper thinking apparently that the dog belonged to my house. Had I not seen it move before driving off, I'd have been doing the same thing.

You should approach that relationship the same way you approach taking care of a small child.
