She is inches from death on my couch right now. Found out she had a cancerous tumor on her heart 2 weeks ago. She was 100% ok before. now she can barely breathe and her stomach is twice the size it was. They only gave her a few days but she is a fighter. It will most likely happen tonight. She can barely breathe...

This shite sucks.

I feel for ya. Losing a dog is never easy. Especially with little ones at home.

Hang in there. It’s hard losing those pups, they become part of the family.

Man I'm so sorry. How old is she?

I had to put my 11 year old down a few days ago, with a very heavy heart. She had cancer all over too.

Comfort her as you can, it's tough though, losing a companion. What breed was she and how old is she?

Just let her pass peacefully. If she can still eat give her some cheese (bitches love cheese -- sorry) and if she can drink give her water

I hope you were able to spend some extra time with her the last few weeks and maybe take some pics

Remember the good times and never forget she'll be waiting for you at Rainbow Bridge

That sucks! We all deal with losing our dogs, because of their longevity. Take solace in the fact that you gave her a great life and that she was lucky to have y'all.

Damn.

Labs are some of the most loving dogs out there, and 8 is way to frigging young.

Yeah mine was a black lab as well. And I know what you mean. It's crazy that they're perfectly fine one week, and then the next week it's like the fricking bottom fell out.
