Ours does. It used to be done by Western Utilities. They sold to Magnolia Water Service.

Now there's no calling the local owner to report the service being out. Now it does to a call center and it might make it to the local techs to fix any issues.

Our tanks are on the ground. When the power goes out the pressure immediately drops.

Whole house water filtration system is one of the best investments you can make.

You either gotta make friends with one of their techs or you're gonna have to call the public service commission.

Or you can go level 7 OT and shite on their front door.

I'm sure it is but the issues we have is the operator not having backup power.

Filling up the tubs with water when bad weather is about to roll in is a necessity.

Magnolia Water sucks balls. They have the service at my office park and recently raised my monthly rate from $70 to $275. This is for a single unit office warehouse space with one sink and toilet. frick them.

BR Water is just super antiquated. The only way to enroll in auto payment (or, last I checked) is to complete a paper form where you write down your payment information and mail/bring it to them.

I used to have to call to pay, and it would take 2-3 times of inputting your account number (correctly) for it to finally take.

Now they use Western Union for their e-payment system, and it's okay but still pretty antiquated I'm going through Western Union on a website in 2023.

Ward 2 water was like this in Denham Springs forever. I had checks because you had to physically bring them one.

My house flooded on November 1st and my bill for the next cycle was $0, so I think they are excellent.

Just moved to Broussard in July (new construction). Our city water is horrible. Tastes like salt and chlorine. I had a salt water pool years ago. This water tastes like that pool water.

Yes, but they have made strides to be better. We were without power and water for one of the hurricanes, and looked at the bill and were being charged a "generator" fee. We asked why are we w/o water? They made it happen fairly soon. We are on a small service to just about 75 or so homes on a bigger well in Asc. Parish.

I have my own well which produces very high quality water.

It also services the cattle water troughs behind the house. The cows drink better water than I get from the city where my office is located.

Sherman, on the other hand, had good water if I recall correctly.
