It gets trashier the older someone gets. In other words, its more trashy on a 39 year old than it is on a 19 year old. With that said, I truly don't understand why someone would care if their waitress had them on her neck.. especially depending on the place you are dining at.
But even then, it wouldn't bother me. I would just think to myself "im surprised they are allowing her to wait tables".

Funny you mention this because I notice things that seem nasty even more when I see waitresses/waiters, public servant types too.
Recently left an eating establishment while waiting on drinks and appetizers because our waitress had “open wound” type fever blisters on her bottom lip that went almost all the way to the bottom of her chin. The fact that she had a nose ring, neck and arm tattoos and a punk rock hair style would have probably normally got my attention but wouldn’t have necessarily ran me out but swollen, bright red, wet looking fever blisters on top of all the other grossness was more than I was willing to waste my money paying for.

Yea, that is pretty trashy. It is almost as trashy as eating at a restaurant that would allow her to serve food with visible hickeys on her neck.
