Does anyone know why the Sonic on Siegen is Closed?

They have cones blocking all of the entrances and it's pretty dark.
I didn't know if they had a big brawl this afternoon or what....

They lost power during Delta, so I’m assuming they must have had some computer damage keeping them from opening back up yet.
