*Certain people* push this (and just about every other perversion) despite it being almost nonexistent in their community. They're also extremely nationalistic in their "homeland", but it's a threat to their very existence everywhere else.

One day people will wake up.

The only thing I want is equal pay for equal work.

I don't think you understand what the $0.78 thing means.

Men generally work far more hours than women. Women are more likely to get part time jobs. Men also work jobs that tend to be higher risk and sometimes higher paying.

Even though most universities feature about equal amount of men and women, women are more likely to major in some liberal arts degree. Chances of getting a high paying jobs with this degree are low. Where as fields such as engineering are still dominated by men.

Men are also more likely to seek out promotions.

That whole wage gap thing is a load of BS.

This is correct, but I'm 100% sure that you don't understand why.

I'm not very worried about a small percentage of mentally ill people in my "homeland". Whatever, cut your dick off and put on a dress. I couldn't care less. You'll always be Bruce to me.

I really do not get it. People can do whatever they want. They can dress how they want. They can even insist on being called whatever they want. But I do not see the fluidity of gender, at all.

I understand that theory but in my field of work and where I work is the exception to that. My statement was based off of my own experiences. I didn't say this was a happening to all women. I only said what it was that I wanted.

You phrased it like it was a societal issue

I'm not saying you haven't had negative experiences with salary as it pertains to your gender. I'm just saying that you can't then extrapolate to society as a whole based on those experiences.
