As long as the goal is equality for all, people will continue to be disappointed.
The goal should become not just to accept each others differences, but to embrace them.
Only then are we going to be able to contemplate such an abstract notion as justice, social or otherwise.

I had a resume sent my way via e-mail and LinkedIn that they were a social justice warrior from 2008 to current. She didn't get the interview.

Acceptance is great. But the problem today, as we saw in the Yale video clip, is that people get offended, not because someone is discriminating against them, but merely because someone isn't picking up their cause and embracing it as their own.

Ehhh yeah. We in fact are not all the same. To be expected to be treated equally socially is an unrealistic expectation. Of course there is a minimum standard of equality but that's not what I'm talking about.
When society finally, many years from now embraces our differences like we embrace the rainbow of colors of fish in an aquarium, only then can we confront injustice.
