I've never searched ear wax removal, or ear wax problems. It happens on my personal and work computer. And that pic is friggin gross...

You must have talked about it and your device overheard. I swear I get ads based on things I will talk about in casual conversation. On my computer, I don't get ads due to ad block.

Ads on here often respond to your own discussions earlier in the day (or the hour).

I don't have any Siri or Alexa, however I do have problems w/ earwax blockage once a year. I assume google searches were the reason, although I have not searched that topic in several years ?

It depends how they're targeting the placement. Could be as simple as demographics, site content, location, and/or something else.
